The primary objective of this workshop was to enlighten the students about the ways by which they can become the star performer.

Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad NAAC ‘A’ Grade Accredited Institute, Ghaziabad, Management Department Organized a Workshop on 12th April 2024 (Friday)on the topic of “How to become a Star Performer” from 10:30 AM- 12:30 PM for MBA Students. Dr. Geeti Sharma, Director, IPEM served as the resource person. Her expertise added significant value to the session. The workshop emphasized the ways in which the students can perform in an efficient yet effective manner. Students were also asked about their special skills ad hidden talents and as a result students felt motivated and positive to perform well and perform more. Students enthusiastically participated in the session; there were 45 in all.
