One-week MBA & MCA Induction Program for the new batch of students at IPEM, Ghaziabad.
Description:
The IPEM is thrilled to announce the commencement of Day 2 of the induction program” ODYSSEY 2024: To the New Beginnings”for the MBA and MCA batches of 2024-2026. The day 2 began with the reporting of students and the official declaration of captains, followed by the presentation of badges to both batchesThe program then progressed by Dr. Aastha Sawhney with a comprehensive introduction to the various vibrant clubs, cells, and committees at IPEM, aimed at fostering holistic development among the students.
Ms. Leena Gupta, a certified POSH trainer and transformation coach, delivered an enlightening session on maintaining dignity in the workplace. She sensitized the students that dignified work environment empowers employees to perform their best. The Session on design thinking under the aegis of IIC has been taken by Ms. Teena Chaudhary.
post-lunch session titled “Classroom to Boardroom” Ms. Anuradha Bhardwaj, a certified employability skills trainer, guided students on how to successfully navigate their professional journeys in today’s fast-paced work environment by continuously updating their skills and staying informed about industry trends.
