Corporate Mentoring Program

Nurturing future business leaders through mentoring

Concept Note

The Corporate Mentoring Program at IPEM is a unique initiative to facilitate the skill development of students based on industry trends and employer demands. The overall objective of the program is to identify strengths and weaknesses, setting goals, and helping students to discover their untapped potential. Students are inspired to become the next generation of influential business leaders.
The mentors serve as facilitators/role models to the students providing a broader perspective on their choice of electives and the career opportunities ahead.
The nature and amount of communication will be agreed between the mentor and mentee. As a guideline, mentors, and mentees are asked to commit to a minimum of one hour a month to the mentoring program.
